We do our best at Kinetic to make sure that your site or system doesn’t have problems – we even have the 800+ item checklist to prove it. However, ever changing technology, new browsers and different types of networks and individual machine settings are all factors that add to this challenge. If you are experiencing a problem with your website or system please report it with as much information as possible so that we can get it fixed up for you as quickly as we can.

- Browser type and version
- Description of problem / issue
If this is a system that Kinetic built, even more info will be even more helpful.
- Visit this page in the same browser you use for the system and send to your Kinetic project manager.
- Take a screen shot of the error message or copy and paste it into an email to your project manager.
If we can’t replicate it it’s much harder for us to fix.
If there is a smartphone available, please take a video of you using the system and getting the error so that we may see what you were doing when it happened. This is very helpful to us. Email the video to your project manager.
