United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham

For UCP of Greater Birmingham, “Life without limits for people with disabilities,” is more than a tagline, it’s a daily mission. UCP serves more than 2,000 children and adults through myriad services to promote self reliance, present choices, and improve quality of life.

As you might imagine, accessibility for users with disabilities was a key motivation for a website redesign. Kinetic ensured W3C compliance and adherence to UCP’s exacting accessibility standards. We also worked hard to demonstrate that accessible design doesn’t require aesthetic sacrifice. Overnight, the UCP site design became a favorite project of the Kinetic team and UCP supporters alike.
