RBC Bank, formerly First American Bank, built its reputation by focusing on customers and now has more than 430 banking centers in six states. When they needed a secure method for their customers to interact online, RBC Bank called Kinetic.
Kinetic worked with the internal marketing and security teams to identify the best way to securely accept applications for online banking across all banks. We programmed a custom application to securely route each request from customer to the appropriate branch. We even trained RBC administrators and branch representatives on the ins and outs of the new system.
