First American Bank
With eleven sister banks across Alabama, Georgia and Florida, First American Bank built its reputation by focusing on customers. When all twelve banks needed a secure method for those customers to bank online, First American called Kinetic.
Kinetic worked with First American's marketing and security team to identify the best way to securely accept applications for online banking across all banks. We programmed a custom application to securely route each request from customer to the appropriate branch. We even trained First American administrators and branch representatives on the ins and outs of the new system.
