Cultural Alliance of Greater Birmingham
Birmingham, Alabama has a very "active culture." It's so active, in fact that getting the word out about all there is to do was one of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Birmingham's top priorities. Kinetic developed activeculture.info, a database-driven calendar for "what's going on where around here."
ActiveCulture.info features an easy-to-use calendar and category based interface, with advanced search functionality, extensive form validation, and a robust administration area. It's all powered by a SQL-server backend, complete with RSS site feeds. Kinetic also created the Cultural Alliance's website and continues to work with them on improving both it and activeculture.info.
