The Colony at the Grand
On the historic grounds of the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama, lies a place set apart by the very hand of nature. It's a place where earth and sky, wind and water conspire to relax the body and restore the spirit. To capture the spirit of this magical place and promote its new residential offerings, Colony at the Grand turned to Kinetic.
Kinetic helped raise the profile of The Colony at the Grand by upgrading its old Flash-based site to standards-compliant html. An inviting Flash animation invites visitors in, recalling the 160-year tradition of the Grand Hotel and downloadable floorplans and brochures provide potential residents with helpful information about the property. A coordinating e-mail newsletter template gives The Colony a new method to reach prospects while sacrificing none of their brand's values.
